Main mission
The administrator is responsible for the administrative, logistical, and human resources management of the Alliance Française. He ensures the proper functioning of the institution, by ensuring the compliance of internal processes and by working closely with the director and the financial manager. The administrator also manages the relationship with our bank located in France
Title / Position: Electrician
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment within our facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and safety of electrical systems.
- Maintain clear documentation of all maintenance and repair activities.
Title / Position: Metalworker/Electrician
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble, and repair metal structures and components as needed.
- Operate and maintain metalworking machinery and tools, ensuring equipment is used safely and effectively.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all work meets company standards and safety requirements
Title / Position: Metalworker
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble, and repair metal structures and components according to specifications.
- Operate and maintain metalworking machinery and tools, ensuring equipment is in safe working order.
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all fabricated parts meet safety standards and company quality requirements.
- Adhere to workplace safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
